We don't store the
customer's credit card.
Everytime when your
reservation is hold,
notification e-mail will be
sent with the payment link
which direct you to the
secure payment gateway. Your
reservation's status will be
confirm when we receive your
payment. This scrambled data
cannot be read as the
information travels directly
to our secure server.
Cancellation policy
We do not charge a
cancellation fee for the
services that have not been
confirmed. However, once
your booking has been
confirmed, you are subject
to the cancellation policies
detailed below. The
cancellation policy applies
to all bookings unless the
travel services you have
booked has different terms
and conditions to those
stated below. Any policies
dictated by the our supplier
will always take precedence
over the policy stated here.
If the requested policies
are different, you will be
informed in your
confirmation email. Please
review all cancellation
policies that apply, as well
as fees that you may incur
as a result of a
cancellation. Refunds can
take up to 10-15 Days

cancel your reservation, you
must do one of the
following:
Cancel by sending us an
e-mail with the word
"CANCEL" in the subject line
and quoting your booking ID
e.g. ID123485 if you have
one. If you do not have a
booking ID, please send the
product name, location,
guest name and relevant
dates.
